We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in promoting and selling our software outsourcing services. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of the software outsourcing industry, and a strategic approach to customer engagement
What You’re In Charge?
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategy to drive revenue growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through client acquisition
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Collaborate with the team to prepare and present compelling proposals to potential clients
- Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and Project Manager to ensure cohesive and effective approach to client engagement
- Make visits to our customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform
- Achieve yearly target as agreed with CEO
Job requirements:
- Experience at least 2 years in Sale Manager position in Software Development Outsourcing
- Excellent Communication and English skills, an oversea student from the EU, USA, AU is a plus
- Having knowledge about Technical IT are plus
- Articulate and well-accustomed to a client-facing role
- Maintain company ethics code and standards of professionalism with highly honest characteristics
- Mature judgment to identify and analyze problems and implement solutions
- Highly organized with a multi-task orientation
- Proactive and aggressive to archive sales target
- Good problem- solving skill, negotiation skill, presentation skill
- Having project management experience is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence
